RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received damaged

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product expired or defective

Important: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@dancingparrot.in with:

    • Order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Clear photos showing the issue

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with instructions for the return shipment.

3. Refund Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

5. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • Return shipping costs for eligible products will be covered by Dancing Parrot.

7. Additional Notes

  • Always inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging and invoice until the product is confirmed in good condition.
